Pharmashelve launch new showroom

Crusader, the specialist retail display design company based in Manchester has just opened a brand new showroom to showcase the company’s specialist pharmacy shelving product pharmashelve.

Pharmashelve has proved so successful since its launch in 2005 that Crusader has designed and constructed a dedicated showroom at the company’s head office in Failsworth North Manchester which opened to the pharmacy trade in December 2006. The showroom is open Monday through to Friday from 9am until 5pm. In addition, a late night opening is available on Thursday evenings until 8pm by prior appointment. Any additional extended opening hours are posted on the pharmashelve website www.pharmashelve.co.uk.

The showroom has been designed to provide the pharmacy trade with the opportunity to see and test the Pharmashelve units in a simulated working environment prior to purchase. The product has many design features which only become apparent when the product is viewed as a working example.

Pharmashelve is the latest pharmacy shelving and storage solution developed by North West based Crusader specifically for pharmacists who are faced with the problem of limited storage and display space within a retail pharmacy. Pharmashelve ultimately frees up space within a pharmacy which can be used for private customer consultation areas.

Steve Turner, Director said “Pharmashelve has been a fantastic success and has been installed by many independent pharmacies as well as a couple of the major high street names. Over the last 16 months we have been very busy visiting customers showing them the benefits of this pharmacy shelving concept and we soon identified the need to have a permanent display of the units so pharmacists could view it at their own convenience. The current showroom has been designed to showcase Pharmashelve to pharmacists in the North West but we have plans to role the showroom concept out to other regions in the near future. ” Steve added “To be honest, it’s the only way we have been able to keep up with demand without recruiting a whole new sales team to deal with enquiries”
